Starting in Winter term 2015 and continuing through Fall term 2015, Oregon State University transitioned from the Blackboard platform to a new learning management system called Canvas. As of January 2016, all faculty using a learning management system are using Canvas.

This is a university-wide transition that includes all modalities of courses taught at Oregon State: traditional face-to-face, hybrid, Ecampus online, and continuing education courses.
